2. Processing Time

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:00 (CET) will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Within Prague: Delivery will be the same day if the order is placed before 18:00 (CET).
Within the Czech Republic (outside Prague): Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days.
To Germany: Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your specific location.

4. Shipping Costs

Prague : Shipping costs are 100 CZK, and the delivery will occur the same day if the order is placed before 18:00.
Rest of the Czech Republic: Shipping costs for orders within the Czech Republic are 130 CZK.
Germany: Shipping costs for orders to Germany are 300 CZK.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
