• Items must be unused, unworn, with price tag and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
• Damaged, scratched items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We will process your refund within 3 working days after we receive the item.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following regions:

• Prague and surrounding areas
• Rest of the Czech Republic
• Germany 

2. Processing Time

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:00 (CET) will be processed and dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Within Prague: Delivery will be the same day if the order is placed before 18:00 (CET).
• Within the Czech Republic (outside Prague): Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days.
• To Germany: Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your specific location.

4. Shipping Costs

• Prague : Shipping costs are 100 CZK, and the delivery will occur the same day if the order is placed before 18:00.
• Rest of the Czech Republic: Shipping costs for orders within the Czech Republic are 130 CZK.
• Germany: Shipping costs for orders to Germany are 300 CZK.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier's website.
